Goki Takeuchi

With substantial expertise in ship finance and corporate structured finance, Goki has held key roles at Libera Corporation in Hiroshima, Japan (2003–2005), focusing on ship-owning business, and later at SMBC Singapore (2008–2013) in the Structured Finance Department specializing in ship-finance. His solid finance background adds valuable perspective to our project’s asset structuring and financial strategy.

Takahisa Yamamoto

Founder and President Director of Yamamoto Tax Law & Accounting Office (established 1996), Takahisa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kindai University, Osaka, Japan. He brings over two decades of expertise in tax law, accounting, corporate tax planning, M&A consulting, and cross-border transactions. His office supports major clients, including large corporate groups and listed companies, with proven track records in debt restructuring, company restructuring, and due diligence. Takahisa’s deep knowledge in tax and accounting advisory strengthens our project’s compliance and financial planning capabilities.
